About Me

Hi, I'm Nicole, thanks for visiting Modern Holistic. I'm a born and raised Minnesotan (Twin Cities) where a lot of my family still presides. After I graduated high school, I moved to Arizona with my immediate family and attended college at ASU. From there I obtained a bachelors degree in psychology. Following graduation, I worked with the seriously mentally ill (SMI) population in Phoenix for a year to gain life and professional experience. To continue on my professional path, I then got a masters in school psychology and became a school psychologist in Phoenix and have been for over a decade now. I've had a passion for working with youth in assisting their social-emotional, academic and learning needs. I still continue to support our youth.

Throughout my professional career, I got married, had children and have been enjoying my beautiful family. I find pleasure in exercising, reading, traveling, friendships, learning, and spending time with my family.

In October of 2021, I experienced an awakening that forever change my life.  From that point, I've been called to my higher purpose, which has led me to this space. Eager to learn all the information of the universe, I began reading, studying, and learning new skills to assist in my spiritual development. A friend of mine introduced me to Dolores Cannon and I immediately knew my calling. I signed up for Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT) training and have been amazed at the amount of information I have been able to tap into for other's human and soul growth. It's a unique experience that everyone should have.

Shortly after my awakening, I was gifted the experience of Reiki from a close friend. At that moment, I was able to see the power of energy healing that I so desperately wanted to be able to share with the world. There are so many therapeutic benefits to Reiki that people can experience. I feel honored to be able to share this with others and myself.

My spiritual awakening was the catalyst for Modern Holistic. I knew that I needed and wanted to share the light with others as that is a part of my purpose in this life. The earth is changing and we all need to do our part to raise our individual and group vibration. My hope is that you come with an open mind, are ready to let go, and experience the changes and growth needed to live your best life. I lead with love, kindness, and compassion.
