Hi! I'm Nicole, the creator of Modern Holistic, which I founded three years ago after a profound spiritual awakening. For the past 15 years, I've worked as a school psychologist, and since my awakening, I’ve also become a Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT) and Reiki practitioner. I’m blessed with a wonderful husband, a son, a daughter, and two dogs who keep our home lively.
My passions encompass all things spiritual—whether it’s offering hypnosis, Reiki sessions, facilitating retreats, reading, spiritual counseling, leading a mindfulness group, spending time in nature, exercising, or creating jewelry. Despite my initial resistance to blogging, I've learned that when I push back against something, it’s often exactly what I need to lead into. So here I am, writing about all things spiritual and sharing what resonates with me on this journey.
